REGISTRATION FEES:
      Full Conference Registration (member) - $300 (after 9/10/2010)
      Full Conference Registration (non-member) - $325 (does not include membership)
      One Day Registration (member) - $80
      One Day Registration (non-member) - $125 (does not include membership)
Instructions:
  • This is a multi-part registration and is not complete until you reach the final invoice page.
  • Refund Policy: A 100% refund  will be granted when requested in writing by October 1, 2010. Exceptions for extenuating circumstances may be granted by the President and Treasurer, if received in writing within 15 calendar days of the end of the conference. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual for equal value.
