In the Spotlight:
Diversity and Multicultural Initiatives Committee
 The Diversity and Multicultural Initiatives Committee works on addressing the needs of our diverse membership and enhancing awareness of multicultural issues. We also work with other committees to insure that they understand the impact of financial aid to under-represented populations.
This year we will be working on updating the Scholarship Brochure found on the RMASFAA Website, developing a Service Project for the next RMASFAA Conference, and selecting three recipients for scholarships to the Summer Institute.
We are also looking for ways to encourage all of our members to be more active in the association by serving on committees and running for office.
