In the Spotlight:
Kelly Hoggatt, Finance & Audit Chair
 Kelly has worked at Manhattan Area Technical College since February 1990, first in Admissions and then moved to the Financial Aid Director position in July 1994. She has her previous boss, Don Siemsen, to thank for introducing her to the world of KASFAA and RMASFAA.
She was born and raised in a very small town (population 100) in Kansas and moved to Manhattan after high school to attend Kansas State University. She has a BS in Human Resource Management and plans to begin work this fall on her Masters Degree in Student Personnel Services. She enjoys reading, traveling and shopping.
She has served on numerous committees for KASFAA & RMASFAA and has held the offices of KASFAA Treasurer and Vice President and RMASFAA Secretary. She is currently serving as the chair of RMASFAA's Finance & Audit Committee. The Committee's responsibilities are to work closely with the officers and committee chairs in developing the RMASFAA's annual budget and to help monitor the Association's fiscal activities.
