One of my primary duties as RMASFAA President-Elect is to serve as Chair of the Nominations and Elections Committee. In this role, I hereby notify you that the 2005-2006 Officer Nomination Form is available on the RMASFAA website for completion and submission.

RMASFAA is seeking nominations for the positions of President-Elect, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Associate Member Delegate. Candidates must be RMASFAA members.

Detailed information on the duties of each office can be found in the Policy and Procedures Manual under Section 4.2 on the RMASFAA website.

To nominate possible candidates (OR YOURSELF), go to www.rmasfaa.org, click on “Online Forms” in the left-hand column, then click on “Officer Nomination Form”. Instructions for submitting the form are included at the bottom. Nominations must be received by March 15, 2005.

RMASFAA relies on the energy, participation, diversity, and commitment of its officers and members. The Nominations and Elections Committee is seeking not only experienced professionals. We also need new leaders with fresh perspectives to carry us forward.

I ask each of you to look inside yourselves, to your colleagues and to your co-workers for a rewarding experience. Please bring any and all potential officers to our attention for consideration.

While a completed nomination form is preferred, the NEC will also consider more informal types of nomination. Please feel free to contact me with questions or to volunteer.
