Greetings from the RMASFAA President

The 2004-2005 Board of Directors, committee chairs and vice-chairs conducted their first meeting prior to the annual RMASFAA conference in Omaha, Nebraska. Our illustrious secretary, Kris Dramstad is currently typing up the minutes for your edification. A draft of the minutes will be available very soon via the RMASFAA web site.

Your RMASFAA committees are already hard at work on their various projects, from revamping the way we collect sponsorship dollars to various training opportunities. Many of the committees have already been filled with eager volunteers, but a few are still contacting volunteers to fill their remaining slots. If you have yet to volunteer, it isn’t too late! Depending on your preference, please be sure to contact your state association or RMASFAA at www.rmasfaa.org/docs/forms/memVolunteer.html. (We have added a new option on our volunteer form where you can select “Anywhere Needed.”)

Don’t forget: Please contact any RMASFAA board member or committee chair with any needs or ideas you may have.

If you have children, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, etc., you already know how quickly time flies. Take time this holiday season to enjoy family and friends. It is the best investment that you can make both personally and professionally.

With warmest regards,
Peg Mason
RMASFAA President
